Exploring Suffering from a Spiritual Perspective

We live in turbulent times. Indeed it is not difficult to find examples of suffering occurring in many places around the world, not to mention in our own individual lives. But circumstances and instances of suffering are nothing new. Philosophers, thinkers, and leaders of many spiritual traditions have reflected deeply on this aspect of the human condition for centuries - Marcus Aurelius, Gautama Buddha, Carl Jung, to mention but a few.

On this evening we will draw from the writings of contemporary Rosicrucian student and mystic, Claudio Mazzucco, and together explore our own understandings, approaches and strategies for coming to terms with suffering when it arises in our own lives.

You are warmly invited to attend this public, open house event. You do not need to be a Rosicrucian member to attend, so feel free to bring along an interested friend or family member. Our intention for this workshop is to provide a friendly, safe space for all seekers, regardless of their specific personal spiritual paths.

Cost: as always, there is no fee to attend, and any donation to help offset our expenses (e.g., hall rental) is always gratefully accepted.
