Festival of Light

All Rosicrucian members and the public are welcome to join us for our beautiful Festival of Light ritual on the day of the winter solstice. Since the time of the ancient Egyptian mystery schools, Rosicrucians worldwide have celebrated the winter solstice with the Festival of Light. The winter solstice marks a turning point from increasing darkness to light, symbolic of our mystical journey towards the Light of the Divine. The Festival of Light focuses on raising human awareness to bring about world peace through love and compassion.
